EverLine Appoints Industry Leader and ERCOT President and CEO Pablo Vegas to Board of Directors

Mr. Vegas brings more than thirty years ofleadership experience spanning grid operations, electric and natural gasutilities, infrastructure development, customer service, and managementconsulting. He currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of theElectric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT), the independent system operatorresponsible for managing the flow of electric power to more than 27 millionTexans and overseeing one of the largest and most dynamic power markets in theworld. Prior to joining ERCOT, Mr. Vegas served as Executive Vice President andGroup President, Utilities at NiSource, one of the nation’s leading regulated gas andelectric utility companies. Earlier in his career, he held executive leadershippositions at American Electric Power, including President and ChiefOperating Officer of AEP Ohio and AEP Texas and Vice President and ChiefInformation Officer.
