Product Owner

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Product Owner to own implementation and support for SP3, EverLine’s compliance management platform. This role is responsible for ensuring successful customer onboarding, day-to-day product support, and effective coordination with development partners.

The Product Owner will work closely with customers, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure the product is implemented correctly, issues are triaged efficiently, and real-world usage informs ongoing product improvements. This is a hands-on role suited for someone comfortable operating close to customers and execution while contributing to broader product direction through implementation and support insights. This role works closely with the Product Manager and relevant stakeholders to support product direction and roadmap decisions while remaining focused on execution, delivery, and customer outcomes.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end customer implementations, including onboarding, configuration, and go-live support
  • Own day-to-day product support, issue intake, and triage
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for product-related questions and issues
  • Coordinate with external development partners on bugs, fixes, and enhancements
  • Manage and prioritize product needs related to implementation and support
  • Document functional requirements and acceptance expectations
  • Support customer training, adoption, and ongoing enablement
  • Capture implementation and support feedback and translate it into product improvements

Knowledge, Skills, abilities and Other Personal Characteristics:

  • 4–8 years of experience in a Product Owner, Implementation Lead, Product Operations, or client-facing product role
  • Experience owning SaaS implementations and support workflows
  • Experience working directly with customers and external development partners
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Desired but not Required:

  • Experience in compliance, regulated industries, or operational software
  • Familiarity with inspection, asset management, or field-based systems

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly work within an office environment and is required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and talk and listen. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

If based in the Houston area, this position will work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our Cypresswood office location but will also consider remote candidates

The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
